Character sheets inaccessible after changing dice

I attempted to change my dice to Bigby's Hand. On doing so the My Dice page froze and became unresponsive. All of my character sheets are also frozen and become unresponsive as well. I restarted my computer, cleared cache and cookies, and attempted again but with the same results. The rest of DnDBeyond is all working, it's just any time I try to go into a character sheet or into the My Dice page that they freeze and become unresponsive.

It sounds like you'll need to contact support, as there's actual database corruption.

You could also try a different browser, specifically Firefox if you use anything else, and anything else if you use Firefox. FF is built on a different engine than Chrome and its derivatives, and there may be differences in how they handle errors. (Safari is also a different engine, but it's only on apple devices.)

In the meantime, you probably can use the mobile app -- it handles dice separately from the website.
