Certain Pages of Dungeon Masters: Ravenloft Play-along Pack Not Rendering

Within the mobile app, it seems all bolded headers (besides Table of Contents) renders a blank page. I'm unsure if this is meant to be cover art or if it's a title page, but it comes as a completely empty page consistently across all chapter(?) headers? For example, the Header: "Dungeon Masters: Ravenloft Play-along Pack" is a blank page, but the next one "Introduction" has content. Then the header "Gremishkas" is blank, but the unbolded line item "Gremishkas" does render a page with text. I'm wondering if these are just chapter headers that are duplicated of the unbolded hyperlinks or if there's supposed to be come cover art of some sort.
