If you're only seeing the one free one (Circle of the Land) it's because you don't own (or have access to through content sharing) any of the books that the other ones come from.
If you're not seeing any subclasses in the drop-down at all, you may have turned off "5.5e Core Rules" in the Sources section on the Home tab of the character builder.
Also note that unlike in the 2014 rules, the 2024/5.5e Druid gets its subclass selection at level 3, so you won't see the choice at all if you're at a lower level than that.
its a 2024 character, she is at level 3 and has no options for her circle. I own the 2024 players guide, and the circles are in there. Also, I've created other 2024 characters without problems, so I'm pretty sure the book is linked to my acct. I don't know what I could be doing wrong.

Again, check to see if you've turned off "5.5e Core Rules" in the Sources section.
I can confirm the same is true for me. I have 5.5e core rules checked under Character Preferences: Sources, and I own the 2024 Player's Handbook, but the only option that shows up for level 3 druid subclass is 5e core rules "Circle of the Land."
EDIT: Nevermind, my issue (and the prior poster's likely issue) was I chose the 5e/legacy Druid class, not the 5.5e druid class. Makes sense that I wouldn't be able to access 5.5e subclasses on a 5e class.

If the only subclass you're seeing is the 5e Core Rules "Circle of the Land", you've selected the 5e Druid class, not the 5.5e one. You'll need to remove it and select the 5.5e Druid class instead.
Keep in mind that the checkboxes under Sources just define which character options are available for you to select. They don't change the ones you've already selected. So, if you select the 5e Druid class but then check the 5.5e Core Rules box, you're still using the 5e Druid class.
