When selecting the Otherworldly Patron for the Blood Hunter class, despite Archfey and others being in the Players Handbook, the dropbar shows absolutely no options

Did you uncheck "Critical Role" in the Sources section of the Home tab?

Try changing the subclass from Profane Soul to either Profane Soul (INT) or Profane Soul (WIS).
