Looking at the Prisoner background in thhe Grim Hollow Player's Guide the Ability Scores are listed as Dexterity, Constitution, Charisma, which is what happens if you select it in the character creator. However, if you are looking at the backgrounds in the Rules section on D&D Beyond and look at the Prisoner entry, it says the Ability Scores granted are Dexterity, Constitution, and Intelligence.
