Most feats are missing

I'm almost done building my human ranger and I want to select sharpshooter as his feat, but nearly all my feats except for the one Critical Roll feat are missing, and it says the prerequisites are not met. I'm going off 2014 rules for sharpshooter, so it should be available by default, but it's just not there. Can anyone help me?

Do you own the 2014 Players Handbook? Most of the feats are not in the free basic rules.

If you don't own it, is it being shared with you, and are you making the character in the campaign in which it's being shared?

Are your entitlements in order?

Signed up for a free account. It says i can create 6 characters. Thats all fine.

Why can i only see a total of 11 origins and a total of 11 feats. This is with both legacy, 5 and 5.5 enabled.

I've checked and im in sync.
