HELLO DND BEYOND PEOPLE
Due to the massive amount of content I have acquired due to finically awful choices my groups are now struggling with having to much content to choose from and as a DM I would like to limit creations on a selected campaigns however when I try to I have no options to disable selected sources
It is not possible to restrict shared character options from specific sources.
From the Content Management screen, you can block the players from viewing the text of certain sources, but this is mainly intended to prevent the players from seeing spoilers for adventure content, and it doesn't affect the character builder.

ModeratorIn the meantime, the Sources and Partnered Content toggles in their character options let you enable or restrict certain categories of books. For example, if you want them using 5.5e rules and not 5e ones, you could turn off "5e Core Rules" and "5e Expanded Rules".

That works well for now since it was the Chaosum only content I needed to remove (Cool book but a bit busted overall, Evil Eye is like the BEST cantrip) looking forward to the updates going forward
