Options just aren't there

Do you own the 5.5e Player's Handbook? This is something that's come up a few times in the past with people who don't own the PHB not being able to see these options, seemingly because they're incorrectly being tied to the PHB rather than the Basic Rules somewhere. It has happened with Divine Order for the Cleric and Primal Order for the Druid as well.
