Missing Homebrew

I created a whole Homebrew species and some monsters to go with it. The monsters are still there but the species page is missing which had all the information on them. The subspecies are still there too just not the parent file.

I opened a support ticket but this almost killed my Campaign this weekend. I just started with a new group and I've have 19 other groups run the campaign with a few people coming back to play through it again. People really like it and I had to have a wait list to play in the in person game last year because it got too big.

I have long found friendship and community in D&D playing this game since I was a teenager for like 30 years, most of that as a DM, and playing it across the world; although in Europe they were way more into Warhammer. I was very excited for the online digital platform because it made it easier to run as a nomad who cannot have all the material belongings weighing him down that come with the game. Like I no longer have to buy a used PHB or DMG to run the game then sell it in a year when I move again. It was a major thing for me since D&D is (or was depending on this) my forever game but if I am loosing access to paid resources then I don't know. It is kind of a scam and I should be reimbursed for the missing resource. If it is just a bug then that makes sense and am hoping my content is restored.

Since the Forum post is still archived I got the lore I needed but I do allow my players to play as one of these evil creatures in the campaign if they want to. They get inside information and some other stuff but then they have to role play out the party finding them, learning what they are, and not getting killed by the party. It's been fun! One party spent like an hour trying to bath the player who rolled up a Ratkin before they'd let them into the party and it became an inside joke. Good times.
