It's not a bug in the sense of it should be there from a site functionality perspective, yet it's missing. It's not meant to be there, the devs never programmed it to be there. Thus it not being there is by design.
It's not there because there are no Dragon's Wrath weapons beyond the 4 tiers of Dragon's Wrath Longsword, with no dragon type damage associated. The reason given is that there were simply too many permutations and navigating that many options in the character sheet would be a poor UX. For context a Dragon's Wrath weapon has the following components:
4 different tiers (Slumbering to Ascendant)
Across 51 weapons (just counting official ones)
Plus 15 dragon colour types, although we could just cut this down to just damage types so that'd be 10
That gives a total of 2,040 different possible weapon combinations. And we're only using official weapons here, there's a lot more third party options
As such, the intentional decision was made to limit it to just 4 versions of the longsword and to encourage people to homebrew copies and change the weapon type and additional damage as needed.
It has been mentioned in the past that the desire is to add modal options (drop downs) to items so these variables can be switched. That way when selecting a Dragon's Breath weapon in the character sheet, you wouldn't select a Dragon's Breath Longsword or Dragon's Breath Shortbow. You'd just select "Dragon's Breath Weapon" and from dropdowns within the item, select what type of weapon, what tier, and what damage type. Whether or not that's still the plan is unknown, but it's possible it could come with the backend and character builder overhauls.
tl;dr - not a bug, by design because there's over 2,000 possible combinations for that weapon
Dragon Wrath Heavy Crossbow (Stirring) - is missing
that enchantment goes on every weapon - no exclusions here.
That is missing, is effektively a bug.
dont say "yea homebrew it" -> for homebrew you need subscription.
-> and it cant be that you have to pay just because there is a bug
greetings
