what you can do is go to your character sheet on the website, go to features and traits and on feats click on manage feats, click settings and turn off use feat prerequisites, add the feat you are looking for then turn on use feat prerequisites again and leave the Ability Score Improvement feat blank
Intentional I believe. Eldritch Knight and Arcane Trickster don't get those either.
This is incorrect; all three subclasses are eligible as they all have the Spellcasting feature. D&D Beyond correctly allows this for Eldritch Knight and Arcane Trickster. It doesn't for Warrior of the Mystic Arts.
This is almost certainly not intentional, as it's the kind of error that's extremely common on a new D&D Beyond release. A lot of these things are hard-coded, and a lot of them seem to get forgotten because they (seemingly) don't really have a QA team and they rely on users pointing out functional issues after the release.
Spell Subterfuge doesn't show up either, even if you remove the feat prerequisites. Slight tangent, too - is there a way for D&D Beyond Drops to be added to the spell selection?
Warrior of the mystic arts - spell sniper and war caster not showing up for feat selection

all of the subclases give you the spellcasting feature, that's the prerequisite of those feats and it should be an available option

EDIT: Nevermind, found how to add Drops
