Humans, Heroic Inspiration and Long Rests

Sorry if this is a repeat, tried to do a search but didn't find anything...

     Per 5.5 rules Human's get a Heroic Inspiration after a Long Rest.  This does not seem to be applied automatically when I do a Long Rest on a character sheet.  Character in question is a Pugilist Human - https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/169596233/vZN2kb

     I did click the "Recover All Hit Dice, use 5.5 rules" option in the Long Rest.  Also just tried it on a Human Sorcerer character and also didn't give a Heroic Inspiration.

Is this a known bug?  Is this a bug?  Is it a deliberate choice to not have it apply the HI for some reason?  Inquiring minds want to know...

That is one of several aspects of 5.5e that just haven't been implemented at all. It may be one of a variety of things that they can't actually fix under the current system and need to be addressed in the new version of the character builder they're currently working on.
