The subclass says that you use your "spell attack modifier" for the attack rolls of the Vestige. In the player's handbook an spell attack modifier is described as "Spell attack modifier = your spellcasting ability modifier + your Proficiency Bonus", but in the action/attack tab of the character sheet, it only uses the base spell modifier for the attack roll (in this case, only charisma, not adding their proficiency bonus).
