Spell Sniper Feat not allowing Charisma as a choice

The Spell Sniper feat does not appear to list Charisma as a choice to use to improve an ability. Currently the only options are Intellegence and Wisdom.

Do you already have 20 CHA? That feat can't increase it past 20.
