The Backgrounds and Feats that provide a choice of Artisan's Tools always include Monster Harvesting Tools -- which is a third-party tool from the Monsters of Drakkenheim book -- as a selectable choice. It should instead treat this tool as specific to the third-party content. It is selectable even for those who do not own the third-party Monsters of Drakkenheim book, like me.
