Homebrewed feat not adding correct number of ASI improvements.

Currently trying to change my current background for my homebrewed one. However, when I do so, it doesn't add the correct number of ASI. Instead it only does, "One Ability Score of your choice increases by 2." It works fine on new characters, but not established characters. Any ideas on how to fix?

I'm also having a similar issue, but it seems to come up when I'm using a custom lineage with the 2024 backgrounds.
