They're correct in both as they match what's in the physical book.

They're both 2nd level spells, which is a little unusual, but it is what it is.

It's perhaps worth pointing out that the feat does not claim Hold Person is a 3rd level spell, just that you get it as an always-prepared spell when you gain access to 3rd level spell slots. This is likely because there are very few 3rd level Enchantment spells — actually just two, as of this writing — both of which are highly situational, so it made more sense to grant access to a 2nd level one with much broader applicability.
