First time putting in a bug note, so apologies if I'm missing anything.
Was trying to build a custom background where we can quickly mix and match items as we'll all experienced players.
That being said, I noticed that some of the selectable feats aren't showing up. Not a massive issue, but wanted to report it so it can be fixed for me and others.
Here's a table listing what I added, and then what didn't show up. Basically it was Familiar Friend (CHR), Familiar Friend (INT), Skilled and Healer.
Granted Feats (First Screenshot) [Total: 32]
"Grab an Origin Feat" Dropdown Options [Total: 28]

Part of the problem is that Custom Backgrounds aren't meant for 5.5 because of the line in the 5.5e DMG limiting those to requiring DM permission.

Always study & sharpen philosophical razors. They save a lot of trouble.
This attitude from the community insisting that the concept of custom backgrounds doesn't exist, and you can ONLY use what's been printed in the book is becoming more and more exhausting.
Pick 3 ability scores A language, a tool 2 skills And an origin feat.
Why are we constantly acting like they're in a box when it's insanely clear to anyone with common sense that the intention is to do what you want and make your character how you want to.
It's like some vendetta against Wizards using combative compliance. The same people removing concentration from Hunter's Mark refuse to let their players make custom backgrounds. It's absolutely insane.

I read about that nuance that and ignoring the whole concept of if we should do it and focus just on the technical piece.
There's definitely something weird going on with those feat options as they didn't show up even when I limited it to just the three varieties of Familiar friend. Only the wisdom one showed up
Thought maybe it was a option limitation.
