I noticed today that I couldn't add the Ulfberht Blade Weapon Mastery to my character... I haven't checked all other weapons yet, but that is missing currently... I will be editing this post as I investigate further, but figured I should get the ball rolling to fix this one and all possible others.
Currently Known Missing Weapon Masteries from options when gaining/swapping:
Seax
Snaerispear
Bearded Axe
Breidox
Bryntroll
Ulfberht Blade
In fact, a large portion of 3rd Party Weapon Masteries can't be accessed... though Atgeir from the same book as all the above list is...

ModeratorDue to a system limitation, third-party options won't (or at least shouldn't) appear in that list. For now, there's a feat called Weapon Mastery (Northlands Worldbook) that you can use as a workaround.
