When leveling up to level 8 there is no option to just increase ability scores, I had 2 points added to strength, clicked to look at the feats and then the page reloaded and the only options are to pick a feat, none of which is the ability score increase feat.
I had already had this picked already and had accidentally changed it during my level 9 level up and now I can't fix it.
I have tried logging out and logging back in as well as restarting my browser and my device, as well as leveling down and then back up.

There's your problem
ASI as a feat only exists for 5.5 classes.
You're going to need to either pick the built-in ASI at the relevant levels, or redo the character as a 5.5 one.

Once made Maxwell's Silver Hammer come down upon Strahd's head to make sure he was dead.
