Since the October 7 maintenance, I have been unable to access the Encounter Builder or my saved encounters.
The pages load the D&D Beyond navigation header, but the encounter content area remains completely blank.
I have reproduced this issue in Opera, Firefox, and Chrome, including Chrome Incognito mode. Character sheets and monster listings work normally. Disabling browser extensions has not resolved the issue.
Is this a known issue, and is there an estimated resolution?
Yeah, this is NOT okay. I have a session to plan for this weekend and the site I rely upon is down! Need at least an acknowledgement or something here.
I reported it as well. Crazy there has been no response for this yet. I'm also not seeing any favourites or recents when I click library since this problems started.
Has anyone heard anything from someone at D&D Beyond about this? Any acknowledgement whatsoever that they're aware and trying to address this issue? A little communication would go a long way. Too bad Tia isn't around any more. Ugh. I guess it's paper and pencil for my game today yet again.
I can't wait for their completion of DnDBeyond 2.0, this site is becoming more and more unstable. Although I have no problem accessing my encounters, I have a problem with encounters that can't be deleted. Yet another failed to delete. The encounter is now blank (nothing in it), and it says it was created on Dec 31st, 1969.
I've had IT delete encounters for me like this in the past, well guess what, one of those is now back too.

Playing D&D since 1982
Have played every version of the game since Basic (original Red Box Set), except that abomination sometimes called 4e.

I've tried 3 different browsers and checked my internet connection and on mobile, and all I get is a blank page, is this feature gone now?

Yes, similar to @sylinrul, I've tried Google Chrome, regular and Incognito, DuckDuckGo, Opera, and Chrome on my phone. Still nothing.
Same here. Couldn't use it last night or today. I'm about to play in a couple hours and I can't pull up my encounters!!

I'm currently having the same issue and it's been quite problematic for me as well. Reporting it using the link above now.
