Nope, it happens every time. The monsters I'm creating are pretty low-level, so they don't have anything for bonus actions, reactions, or legendary or mythic actions.
It might be because I'm clearing those fields, but I doubt it, because I've made monsters in the recent past with those fields empty, so it'd have to be caused by a very new change to the way homebrew works.
IIRC, a 500 error code is typically server-side, so I don't think I'm the cause.

Just FYI, 500 is generally an indication that an unhandled error condition arose. It could be the result of a bug on the server side, but it's also entirely possible for it to be caused by user input that's invalid or malformed in an unexpected way that the server-side application doesn't know how to handle.
I've been getting the Zombie Beholder error (Error 500) every single time I try to create a homebrew monster.
I can fill out all of the information, but when I click "Create Monster", it always results in the same error.
Creating a copy of an existing monster works fine, though.

ModeratorAre you able to create one with just the minimal amount of information? I wonder if something you’ve entered is causing it.

I'm not doing anything crazy like entering in forbidden or unknown characters, so I'm not sure what the issue could be.
