Cannot add Deck of Wonder to character sheet

I had purchased the Book of Many Things some time ago. Previously, I was able to add the Deck of Wonder to a character sheet in DDB. However, today I am unable to do so. I have 5.5e core and expanded content and DDB drops content enabled by default but have enabled everything and still cannot add the deck. What may be causing the issue?

EDIT: It is one character in particular. I can add it to other characters with the same or more restrictive content options selected without issue. My licenses are stated as being in sync.

5e Expanded. Make sure that's enabled.
