Discord false ban evasion accusation Issue — Account Transition from Lilman626 to Lilman

Hello D&D Beyond Staff,

I am writing to request assistance with a Discord access issue. The server's automated Dyno bot has locked my account and won't let me join or explain my situation in the chat.

I want to clarify that I have a clean record and have never been banned from the server by a moderator. However, due to recent COPPA compliance changes, I was forced to move away from my old account, Lilman626, and create my new account, Lilman.

Because my explanation of why my account changed suddenly was badly worded as "my old account got banned so i had to make a new one" when i meant that discord itself fully suspended my account and because i am 15 i had to make another one, the automated Dyno filters mistakenly flagged my attempts to explain as ban evasion. Since Dyno only allows a single appeal submission, I am contacting you directly to reach a human staff member.

Could a moderator please look at my logs, clear the automated filter flag, and allow my new account, Lilman, back into the server?
