Hi, not sure if this is in the right place or not (Sorry mods) but I have a master tier account and when the early access option comes out for books I can't download any of the books on the app. Is there anything that can be done about that? I can't buy anything on the PC marketplace (Which is a different issue I have) Please help.

Are you using the same account on the app and the web site?
Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
I am using the exact same account of the app and the website. The books I want are the ones that are avaliable and not showing (which is my issue) all the other books are owned by me fine. I have not deleted and reinstalled the app no.
Sorry, this is a little hard to follow. Which specific book are you not seeing, and have you purchased that book?

You're saying that you've purchased a book that's come out in early access, but you're not able to download that book on the app? What happens when you try?

Nope. Not saying that. I’m saying that I don’t even get to TRY and download the books in early access for some reason.

So you haven't purchased the book? You do need to actually purchase the book (or have access through content sharing) to be able to access it all, regardless of your subscription status.

That is not the issue here. My issue is that as a master tier account user is that when certain books are available to pre purchase in the marketplace (such as the WOW books right now) I cannot pre purchase them on the app and I'm asking why that isn't possible for me
Do the books you're talking about not appear in the app for purchase at all, or are you getting some kind of error when you try to purchase them? When you're having a technical issue like this, the more specific information you can provide up front, the easier it is to help you.
Having a master-tier subscription doesn't affect which things you can purchase. It will make it so that some books can be accessed early if you've purchased them, but anyone can pre-order things that are available for pre-order.

The issue I'm having is that the WOW books aren't showing on the app even though I have Master Tier account. Why can't I get the WOW books early if I pay for the best account on DND Beyond?
