Cleric/ Priest giving proficiency to religion by default.

So somehow I'm getting a + 3 to religion without having actual proficiency yet when choosing cleric or priest, without deciding what two skills I want to put proficiencies in first. Like, somehow, I'm getting a default + 3. If your intelligence is at a 10 when it should be 0. I'm assuming its a bug unless its something new that just happened. ***Edit** So I just noticed Arcana is also receiving a +3 when it should be 0 as well yet no other Intelligence skills are getting a +3 besides these two. 

This is not a bug, it's the result of a level 1 Cleric class feature called "Divine Order". If you select the "Thaumaturge" option for that feature, one of its benefits is that your Wisdom modifier is added to Arcana and Religion checks.

Ahhh so I'm just dumb, thanks man I thought something was just messed up.
