WoW in-game items

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me.

I play World of Warcraft and I like collecting mounts. I purchased the D&D: World of Warcraft Gameplay Expansion, since the product page mentions that the mount & other in-game items are included with the Digital version. Since then, I have read that apparently only the Physical + Digital Bundle include the in-game WoW items. However, when I go to my Licenses page I can see the following "WoW Pre-order Perks Available 17 November 2026 13:40 UTC". Does this mean I actually have the WoW items? I'm confused.

 Thanks, but my question is actually around why the License for the Pre-order perks is shown in the first place. I only ordered the Digital version so im wondering why it has listed the WoW Pre-order perks in my Licences.
