Hi, I'm a free user that has joined alongside several others to play in a friends Campaign which he created. Last weekend his subscription faulted and he had to renew, he has done so as a Master for 6 Months, allowing for content-sharing for his Campaign members for up to 12 players. I am one of those he shares content with however when I logged in today to make some notes and coalesce some information together I was shocked to realize I no longer have this boon from being a part of his Campaign. I cannot view sub-classes, spells, skills, races, ect. and cannot select traits from the lists as well.
Synopsis: Cannot view shared content. Cannot properly level, research or edit my character and his traits as needed for Campaign. This is also happening on the subsequent Campaign (Crimson Conflict Extras) for my character, Vikar.
I am ashamed I didn't even consider Rule #1 for Tech Support; "Have you tried turning it off and then turning it back on again?" This did, indeed, fix the problem. Thank you for the assistance and quick reply.
