Link to latest in a thread

I want to create a link in my profile that takes me to the latest comment in PBP Forum thread.  I can see how to link to a specific comment on a specific page but I want latest comment on the latest page.  Is there a way to do that?

I don't know about the comment, but you can put 'page=99999', to take you to the latest page. In my signature there is an example.

Yeah, I figured that one out as well.  Still if someone knows how to get the latest comment on the latest page that would be great.
