@1naughtypilot: Why have you chosen to override your max HP? If you set your HP style to "Manual" on the first page of the sheet you can enter your rolled numbers on level up into the box then provided on the HP edit screen (on the level management page), and you would be able to use any alternate rules provided by your DM through that. Maximum HP override is more for spell effects that increase your max HP, as opposed to standard use.
Amulet of Health changes Constitution score, but not Hit Points.

Add or remove the Amulet....Constitution score changes, but hit points do not.
In the builder, you have the maximum hit points value overridden. That overrides the amulets effect, too.
