I just purchased the Race and Background Pack (and the two new subclasses), but can't create a character as any of the races or use any of the backgrounds. But can use anthropologist and archeologist backgrounds which I also purchased in the same exact order.
Edit: I can view the races I purchased through the site itself, just not make characters with it.
Edit 2: It's now showing up, so it fixed itself (or if someone did, thank you)
Similar to critical role, ebberon, playtest, and homebrew, there is a toggle in character settings to allow magic: the gathering content.
I know you said your problem was fixed, but this may be something to check in the future.
Backgrounds are giving their 2 proficiencies by default, no choice given, i.e. if I choose Azorius, it gives my character Intimidation and Insight, while still giving me the dropdown choice because it detects that it already has Intimidation and Insight, so I can make a character with 6 proficiencies on level 1
While using the Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica guild backgrounds I have come across an issue where the character builder will automatically account for the suggested Skill Proficiencies; however they will not be displayed. Instead a drop down box or two is listed, allowing for extra Skill Proficiences to be chosen. The attached screenshot shows an example with the Azorius Functionary; however this is an issue with at least the Azorius, Golgari, and Simic backgrounds, as I have made these. This results in the possibility of creating a level 1 character with extra Skill Proficiences. When I view the character sheet for this character the suggested Insight and Intimidation skills are marked as proficient, and I could use this drop down box to add another.
This is a store bug. I bought both subclasses separately as that were less expensive then buying the bundle (by one cent). But when looking at the bundle options next to it, it still shows I can purchase the bundle for $1.99 despite me having nothing left to purchase.
I only bought the Monsters and the Magic Items, all of them. Me and my players can only see the Keyrune of The Golgari and no other keyrune when we manage equipment. We can see all the other magic Items fine.

It seems that the Simic Scientist Background gives you access to any skills except for Arcana and Medicine. Furthermore, if I select either of those skills from other sources and then select the Simic Scientist Background, those skills are removed from the character.
Hope this is enough info to resolve the issue - I love the Simic.
I've purchased the Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica, but I'm noticing that for homebrew races I'm not able to assign my races to race groups from the supplement (specifically, grouping my homebrew copy of the Planeshift:Amonkhet minotaur to the minotaur race group). I'm not sure if this was intentional.
I've pre-ordered and received the Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica. However in the marketplace, it still shows "Azorius Guild Charm (Deleted)" as a purchasing option. Is this intentional, because it can still be found when using the search function?
Loxodon is giving me proficiency in Mason's Tools, but the Race Description main page and the Race Description from Character Creation don't mention anything about getting proficiency in Mason's Tools. Not sure which is correct after the switch from UA.

Are you sure it is coming from the Loxodon (latest version)?

In order to use Chaos Bolt I have to buy Xanathar's Guide to Everything even though I have purchased Guildmasters' Guide to Ravnica and I have not purchased Xanathar's Guide to Everything. Chaos Bolt appears here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/rules/ggtr/izzet-league#IzzetGuildSpells
Please add Chaos Bolt to the spell list for Guildmasters' Guide to Ravnica so that I can add it to my character sheets. Thanks!
Posted in error. Please delete.
This spell has been dual-sourced between XGtE and GGtR now. Thanks for the report!
I am the Inquisitor Imperitus. I am judge, jury, and executioner. Draw your last breath now, as I send you to the Nine Hells.
This is my problem as well.
Awesome, thanks!
Is Chaos Bolt also supposed to show up when filtering for Source Category = Magic: The Gathering? (https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells?filter-class=0&filter-search=&filter-verbal=&filter-somatic=&filter-material=&filter-concentration=&filter-ritual=&filter-sub-class=&filter-source-category=7)
Not yet. But putting a ticket in to get that fixed.

Are the charms supposed to show up in the Magic Items listing? https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/rules/ggtr/treasures#GuildCharms
No.
There are plans to include charms and epic boons as character options, but it is more of a long-term project. No ETA.
Okay, thanks!
That's what it says when I hover my mouse over it. Perhaps that's the error?
