When selecting the Paralyzed condition from the character sheet, it does not list that attacks against the individual have advantage.

ModeratorUh... It's listed there on the character sheet, just not as a separate line. It's the second sentence in the second bullet point.
You're right, I was so focused on the missing bullet point that I didn't bother reading the three that were there.
