I have a Campaign created for my players and I have Masters subscription account as well as every digital book purchased. My players, specifically the ranger, can not access spells from Xanathars via his character sheet.

Unless I missed something I was under the impression that they have access to all the books that I do?

Did you enable the sharing on the campaign page?

I'm fairly certain I have all boxes checked. I'll double check

Update: it must have somehow been turned off.  Thank you very much for the assist. Problem solved
