I recently bought PHB through the App less than a month ago, now after about 2 weeks of being locked out of the app for no real reason (I updated to the latest IOS and it seemed to fix the issue) I finally log into the app just to have it saying I don't own it, i went on the website the my phone and it says I don't own it, is there any fix to this? I don't want to pay another $30 just to buy the book i already bought.
Lets assume someone else has this issue and totally not because i'm an idiot with most things i haven't done before, how would i go about checking the payment with the card?
Well, you should be able to log in your online bank service and check the movements from there. Every bank has a different way to handle this, so I can't exactly guide you step by step.
Or, you could just to go to your bank in person and ask for the movement list of your card.
You could also simply contact support and ask whether or not the payment has happened.

I would suggest to check the payment with card (bank account or Pay Pal). If the payment has been issued, please send the details of it to support.
