Since this wasn't acknowledged in the Feedback thread, I just wanted to make sure it's on the radar that the character sheet is still not able to be scrolled on Firefox for Android. This used to be an issue with any non-Blink/Webkit browser -- including Firefox and Edge on desktop. It was eventually fixed for Desktop, but Firefox for Android still suffers from it.
I can confirm that this is still an issue in current Firefox Beta on Android.
Specifically, if you click a spell or other item it opens a descriptive side panel on the right. When attempting to scroll in this panel the page in the background scrolls instead. On mobile Chrome the side panel scrolls as expected.
Chrome beta on Android does the background scrolling instead of the side panel scroll also. It works normally in Android Chrome browser (the current browser)

Interesting. If it's broken in a pre-release of Chrome, I wonder if it was only working in the first place due to a WebKit engine quirk that Google's deciding to fix now.

I don't mean to be pushy, but I was advised to at least seek acknowledgement of the issue.
