Why does my subscription status say past due, with my account showing the limitations of an unsubbed account, when I have have been keeping up with payments and also set to automatically pay?
Ran into this myself. My subscription is marked as past due and I don't have access to the features from it despite it being paid through tomorrow. It hasn't attempted to auto-renew yet. I suspect this only happens when you are within a day of a renewal and there's an issue with how the dates are being compared resulting in an off-by-one error. Or I suppose an off-by-two since it is technically paid through the next day for me.
I already contacted support about it, just wanted to add my experiences here for others since it is the top result on Google regarding this.
