The Order of the Ghostslayer's Supernal Surge feature mentions the Attack action, which should probably be linked, like so: Attack.
The Order of the Lycan incorrectly links to the Nature skill in its flavor text, in the phrase: "Those that embrace the dark Nature of their curse learn to harness their bestial gifts"
Minor issue: There's an extra space in between "who" and undergo" in this phrase in the flavor text: "The Order of the Lycan is a proud order of blood hunters who undergo “The Taming”"
Some issues are inherited from the original PDF(s), so I'm guessing you might need to report them to/run them by Matt Mercer before changing them on D&D Beyond:
There's a typo by Cursed Weakness - "Your have vulnerability" - but this error also appears in the latest version (v1.5) of the Order of the Lycan PDF on DMsGuild
Another error inherited from the original Blood Hunter class PDF on DMsGuild (v2.1) - In the Order of the Mutant's Mutagen Craft feature description, the creature sizes "Large" and "Medium" aren't capitalized in the following sentence, though they should be: "They have no effect on large or larger creatures, and only impart the side effects on other medium or smaller creatures that drink the entire mutagen."
And then the following are just suggestions, to make the D&D Beyond toolset easier to use and work together:
The Order of the Profane Soul's Otherworldly Patron feature description does include the corresponding page numbers in the latest Blood Hunter class PDF, but the D&D Beyond version simply mentions the patron names without including the page numbers. Getting rid of page numbers might make sense for a digital toolset, but it would be better if it linked to the corresponding sections of those books on D&D Beyond, at least. (In fact, the D&D Beyond listing fixes some typos that remain even in the v2.1 PDF - but for some reason, it not only eliminates the page numbers, but also swaps the order that the Hexblade and Celestial are mentioned. The PDF says "the Hexblade or Celestial on page 54 of Xanathar's Guide to Everything"; D&D Beyond says "the Celestial or Hexblade in Xanathar’s Guide to Everything".)
Similarly, the Profane Soul's Pact Magic feature references chapter 10 and 11 of the PHB for the spellcasting rules and the warlock spell list (as in the original PDF), but it'd be better if you included a link, too. The Rite Focus feature also references PHB chapter 5 regarding spellcasting foci.
At the least, please fix the first set of issues.
Hopefully, you can bring up the second set of issues with Matt, and consider the third set of suggestions too.

While reporting linking issues with the feature listings in a number of class tables, including that of Matt Mercer's homebrew Blood Hunter class (on a whim), I discovered a few other issues with the Blood Hunter:
