I've purchased the Xanathar's content, can search for it in the spells search and get the information, but the spells still remain absent from any class spell list. For example, Healing Spirit cannot be found on either my Druid or Ranger Spell lists.
Did you purchase the Compendium Only for Xanathar's Guide, or the Full Book with builder content? The compendium would have been ~$10.00 cheaper, as it is just the book online with no builder integration.
I've actually got a Druid player in one of my campaigns that had the spell Healing Spirit previously, but now is unable to select it. It was simply replaced with a second copy of Animal Friendship (but at 2nd level instead of 1st) at some point during our session today. I've purchased the full book and have been using it for the last ~9 months.
This issue just came up today in the last ~6 hours, as far as I can tell? When I originally opened her character's sheet at the beginning of the session, the spell was on there. But, during the session, it disappeared and we can't get it back. It doesn't show up for me, either (I'm the content owner). I've confirmed I haven't changed any sharing options associated with the campaign, too.
I had the same problem but the problem fixed itself after a few minutes. Though I did try refreshing a couple of times and closing my browser then opening it again.
I have bought the online access and have started a campaign, I can add the spells in My Builder, but my players can't add the spells in My Campaign, is this intentional?
Nevermind, I had to activate "Content Sharing", was the first campaign I started so was a n00b at that time.
Yeah, my problem wound up being that I had somehow deactivated Content Sharing without realizing it. The weirdest thing was that Content Sharing was still marked as "on" until I'd logged out and back in. If anyone coming across this is experiencing the same issue, try that and see if it helps you out.

*facepalm*
