Feats other than Grappler are not available in the free Basic Rules/SRD from Wizards of the Coast, and Grappler has a Strength requirement your character may not meet. You can purchase the Player's Handbook in the Marketplace-- where you could also just purchase the feat(s) you want individually, instead. You can also manually enter the feats for yourself using the homebrew system from a Player's Handbook you own outside of D&D Beyond.
