I think there were 3 tiers of pact weapon invocations in the Unearthed Arcana, but they condensed some of their effects into just "improved pact weapon."
There is also thirsting blade and lifedrinker, and I think that is all the official pact blade invocations.

Hi, i'm creating a character (Warlock lvl 19) and i cant find the Eldritch Invocations Superior Pact Weapon and Ultimate Pact Weapon to add
Those sound like homebrew Invocations, the only official Invocation I know on that line of thought is Improved Pact Weapon.
