Content sharing issue

My DM has multiple source purchases and content sharing enabled and has a Master Tier subscription. The subscription is not expired. Last week we were able to share content but lost the ability to share content randomly this week.

Any idea on a fix for this?

I'm showing that content sharing is not enabled for campaign ID 375010 (DDDStrahd), as the subscription was canceled.

I would suggest your DM check their subscriptions and re-activate if that is the desired result.
