Longsword of Sharpness

Potion of Water Breathing

Restorative Ointment

Ring of Water Elemental Command

Just a question really. If the weapon/armor/etc. takes away a requirement should it still be listed in the notes? Mithral chain mail is an easy example..

ArmorChain Mail

Combat, Warding, Str 13 Required, Stealth Disadvantage
