I wasn't able to find a mention to this particular issue when searching for it. It is not a major issue, but here it is.
Picking two more skills (already with proficiency) to apply Expertise to at level 6 for my Rogue worked perfectly. Except...
On the full website & mobile versions of D&D Beyond, on my Character Sheet, on the Features & Traits Tab, in the Class Features section:

Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses any of the chosen proficiencies.
Athletics
Perception
This shows the two skills that I chose at 6th level (namely Athletics and Perception), but the two skills I chose at 1st level (namely Deception & Stealth) are no longer shown. It should show all 4. The stat blocks are all correct in the skill list (all 4 are double circled to show expertise, and my proficiency bonus is doubled properly). It's just a tiny glitch in this one section. Again, not a priority bug my any means. Just fyi!
This is more of an issue if thieves tools is selected as one of the initial expertise options as this means after level 6 there will be no reference to having expertise in thieves tools.
I'm also having this issue. I chose Persuasion and Stealth at level 1, and at level 6 I chose Deception and Sleight of Hand. On my character sheet only Deception and Sleight of hand show up.

Seems to be the same kind of bug the ranger is having with favored enemy.
