So according to the PHB on Paladin Spellscasting...
You prepare the list of paladin spells that are available for you to cast, choosing from the paladin spell list. When you do so, choose a number of paladin spells equal to your Charisma modifier + half your paladin level, rounded down (minimum of one spell).
but when I'm preparing spells for my 2'nd level character with a charisma modifier of +4, the "prepared" list goes red and shows (3/4) when I prepare more than 3. From the PHB, I gather that I should be able to prepare 4 (Charisma Modifier) + 1 (level (2) * 0.5) = 5 spells? Am I understanding this incorrectly?

You may just need to refresh the page. If that doesn't work, Link the character.
