Warlock multiclass only shows fiend

I have a player in my campaign that is trying to multiclass his paladin by adding warlock. The only option for patron is fiend. I know this used to be an issue in the past. I own all of the books minus the campaign books, so my players should be able to access all of the classes and features of each class. I am also a hero subscriber. Anyone have any suggestions? 

Sharing requires someone in the campaign to have a Master subscription.

Also, once they have the subscription, they need to go to the campaign's page and click "enable content sharing".
