Unable to set racial features in homebrew subraces

Hello all, as the title states I can't create any features in homebrew subraces. Even after saving or on a template if you press the "+" to add features the dialog doesn't open.

If You are using mobile, try rotating the screen (aspect ratios are buggy on this site).
