hello, I was just trying to buy 6 books and I wanted to use my paypal balance but when it pops to the paypal pay screen it only gives me an option to pay with the bank associated to my paypal or my CC attached. The option to use an exisiting balance in my paypal wasn't there. Is this something on your guys end or paypals? Thanks.

Once you are within the Paypal portal, all payment options would reside with Paypal. I would start with them for investigating paypal balances; Have you confirmed the balance exists and is available?
Yep. There is more than enough in there from some recent eBay sales. I’ll investigate it in their end. Just wanted to check here first to make sure there was no weird setting.
I know this was from a couple of years ago, but trying to pay using PayPal balance is such a pain that I'm going to flag buying the content, I'll make do with what I have instead of buying new books.
I'm not sure whether my issue is just with my account. I presume using a credit card via PayPal would be fine, but I wanted to use my balance, and it is not fine for me.
I honestly don't understand why companies would limited themselves to such as extend for accepting methods of payment. You're simply failing in your customer support here and it loses you customers that'd be happy to pay. Paying with a Paypal balance is practically impossible, I just wasted 30 dollars to put money on my balance that I can't use.
I was just wondering if it was possible to pay with ***** just because that’s when I I am comfortable with using and I know it is like a company owned by PayPal so I was just wondering if that was also an acceptable option of payment

Weird. So I chose cc and it removed it from my balance anyway. Maybe it’s a new way they do it.

I have the same problem, and it looks very easy to blame others and don't do anything to solve the problems to your customers.
D&d beyond says that after you choose paypal payment you no longer are there reponsability.
Paypal says to me they don't have regist of me trying to make a payment.
