Selecting any other circle causes the menu for choosing a bonus cantrip to appear, but selecting Circle of Spores causes it to disappear. I already tried clearing my cache and it didn't help.
Ah, you're right, my bad. I should have phrased a bit better, the class menu doesn't say anything about receiving it and it doesn't appear in my spell list either.
The Circle of Spores subclass you're using appears to be homebrew, and doesn't have the data associated with the Circle of Spores subclass from the Ravnica source. It's possible that someone in your campaign homebrewed a version of this subclass which allowed you to see it through content sharing, but the homebrew subclass doesn't have the class features that grant that particular spell, which is why you aren't seeing it.

Hi Loumor!
Circle of Spores does not have a bonus cantrip feature that lets you choose a cantrip. It instead grants you the chill touch cantrip.

Thanks Loumor. Could you link me to the affected character? I'd be happy to check it out and see if I can offer a fix.
