Eladrin Racial Bonuses are Incorrect on Character Builder

It Should be +2 for Dexterity and +1 for Charisma 

It is adding the +2 for Dexterity correctly but is giving +1 Intelligence rather than +1 Charisma

There are two Eladrin elves. One is the Variant originally from the DMG which gives Intelligence and the other - the one you want - is from Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes. (Edit: I had the wrong source).

The eladrin from MToF shows +1 CHA correctly. I think you are looking at the variant eladrin from DMG, which does have a +1 INT.

 There is no eladrin in eberron. Those are aereni and valenar high and wood elf variants.
