I recently bought Guildmasters' Guide to Ravnica, however, whenever i go to create a character, the character options don't show up in the character creation screen.
I have tried both editing and creating new characters. The content is still not showing up for me? is it an option that needs to be selected or is it possible my part is just glitched?

You need to make sure magic: the gathering content is enabled in character settings.

I'm having this same problem. I own GGR and MTG content is checked on for the character. I don't see any of the items at all.
Check to make sure your entitlements are in sync, and if they are, scroll down to check whether Ravnica is indeed in your list of purchases.
